TWO PURPOSES HAIR BAND

For this project I needed a flower brooch from a dollar store and a piece of nice looking elastic. First I made a hair band, but later I used it to fix my daughter's  hats to her head.

T-SHIRT / DRESS REFASHION

I liked the t-shirt sleeves very much, but it was very small for my daughter already. On the other hand the dress was sleeveless and I didn't like it very much. The result is cute short sleeves dress with fancy folded neckline.

BABY-DOLL DIAPERS MADE BY ... DIAPERS

Cut the front, the back and the two velcro pieces from the diaper.

Sew together the front and the back pieces.

Remove oval pieces from the both sides.

Sew like in the picture adding the velcro pieces.

The baby-doll diaper is ready to be used :-)

PERSONAGES FROM "BARBAPAPA" MADE BY SOCKS

This is my 15-months old daughter favorite cartoon. Since I couldn't find the personages in the toy stores I decided to make them.

I bought few different color socks.

Took the stuffing from an old stuffed toy.

Stuffed the sock and sewed the bottom.

Cut the eyes and the hair flowers from the diapers velcro and colored them with not-washable marker.

Fixed them to the face and  made the nose and the lips with stitches.

Finally this is our BARBA-family.

The socks are not cut, so I can use them when my daughter stop to play with them.

BABY SHOES FROM AN OLD HANDBAG

 You will need also: vinyl glue, glitter, ribbon, elastic and insoles from other shoes.

BABY ONESIE REFASHION

I cut the sleeves and stretched the end of the fabric to make ruffles. Then used pieces from them to make "the skirt" and the neckline . Again stretched the ends with fingers.
